Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") set forth the following terms and conditions to protect the users' rights and interests in relation to their personal information and respond to their complaints and demands.

Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") announces any updates or revisions of its Privacy Policy on its website (or notify individually).

○ This Policy is effective on January 1, 2016.


1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information

Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") shall handle personal information for the following purposes. No personal information shall be used for any purposes other than specified below without prior consent.

A. Create and manage online accounts

Personal information shall be collected to keep records for handling grievances and settling disputes.


B. Handle complaints

Personal information shall be collected to provide customized services.


D. Promote and advertise

Personal information shall be collected to develop new products, provide customized services and opportunities to enjoy promotional offers and enter events, offer services based on statistical data, post advertisements, check the availability of service, identify the frequency of access, or collect statistical data on membership service.

- Purpose of retention: Responding to customer demands and handling claims
- Duration of retention: 3 years
- Applicable laws: Records of collecting/processing credit information – 3 years, records of handling complaints and disputes – 3 years, records of payment and supply of products – 5 years, records of entering and withdrawing from contract – 5 years, records of labeling/advertisement – 6 months



3. Processing & Retention of Personal Information
① Milre Systek Co., Ltd. ("Digital Door Lock Maker") shall process and retain personal information for the period of time agreed by the user when collecting such information pursuant to the applicable laws.

② Personal information shall be retained as follows.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
① Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") may provide personal information to third parties with the consent of the users pursuant to Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

② Milre Systek Co., Ltd. ("www.milre.com") provides personal information to third parties as follows.

② Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") shall include the restrictions on unauthorized disclosure of personal information and outsourcing, technical and administrative protective measures, the supervision and control of recipients, and indemnifications in its outsourcing contract in order to protect personal information.

③ Any changes in the outsourced service and service providers shall be announced immediately through the Privacy Policy.


6. Rights & Obligations of Users

The users may exercise the following rights.

4. Discontinue processing of their personal information
② The users may exercise the above rights by requesting in writing or via e-mail or fax to Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") using the Form 8 attached to the Personal Data Protection Act. Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") shall respond to their request immediately.
③ Upon receipt of such request, Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") shall not use their personal information until it is updated or removed accordingly.
④ The users may exercise the rights provided in Article 6-1 through their agent and legal representative. In this case, the users shall submit Form 11 attached to the Personal Data Protection Act.



7. Contents of Personal Information
① Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") processes the following personal information:

- Optional fields: e-mail address, mobile phone number, home phone number, name


8. Destruction of Personal Information

Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker"), in principle, destroys personal information immediately after the purpose of collection and use of such information is achieved. The process and method of destroying personal information are as follows.

-Process

When the purpose of collection is achieved, the information provided by the users is transmitted to the database (separately filed for paper copies) and destroyed after a certain period of time according to its internal policy and laws. Unless otherwise stipulated by law, the personal information in this separate database shall not be used for any purpose other than as specified herein.

-Deadline

Personal information is destroyed within 5 days after its retention period expires, the purpose of collection and use of such information is achieved, or the service or business discontinues. In these cases, such personal information is deemed unnecessary for the company to hold.

-Method
Personal information that is saved in the form of electronic files will be destroyed by technical means, making the records non-reproducible.
Personal information that is documented on paper will be shredded or incinerated.



9. Security Measures for Protection of Personal Information

Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") takes all necessary technical and administrative measures to protect personal information pursuant to Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Act.

1. Internal Audit
We conduct internal audit on a quarterly basis to keep personal information secure.

2. Employee Training

We limit the number of our employees who handle personal information to a minimum level.

3. Internal Administration
We implement an internal administration plan to protect personal information.

4. Protection against Hacking, etc.
Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") uses security software to prevent personal information from being leaked or damaged by hackers or computer malware and viruses. We update such software on a regular basis while restricting any unauthorized access to personal information through technological and physical means.

5. Encryption of Personal Information
The user's passwords are encrypted and cannot be accessed by any other person. Important personal data is encrypted when stored, and it is transferred using a separate security device.

6. Protection of Access Records
Any access to personal information is retained for at least 6 months, and we take the necessary measures to protect them from being changed, stolen, or lost.

7. Restriction on Access to Personal Information
We take the necessary security measures to restrict access to the database containing personal information and prevent any unauthorized access by granting, changing, and removing individual access rights.

8. Document Protection
All documents and storage media containing personal information are stored in a safe place with a proper security device.

9. Unauthorized Access Control
Personal information is stored separately with full access control.

② The users may contact the Personal Information Security Supervisor and Department about any questions, complaints, and claims regarding their personal information. Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") shall respond to such questions immediately.



11. Request for Access to Personal Information

① The users may request access to their personal information under Article 35 of the Personal Data Protection Act as follows. Milre Systek Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "www.milre.com" and "Digital Door Lock Maker") shall respond to such requests immediately.

12. Revision of Privacy Policy

① This Privacy Policy shall be effective on the date of effect, and any revision shall be notified at least 7 days prior to the date of effect.
