    • The battery may be low. Please replace all 4 or 8 AA alkaline batteries (1.5V) with new ones. (All the new batteries must be the same brand.)

        

    • If the keypad does not light up or turns off while entering the code, you cannot unlock the door due to low battery. In this case, you need to use 9V emergency batteries to supply power to operate the lock. 9V emergency batteries are available to buy in any good electrical store. The rectangular shaped top has a small hexagon (-) and cylinder (+).

       

      1) With Slide Cover

      Raise the cover completely to see the DC 9V terminal for emergency power in silver color. Make contact between the 9V emergency battery and the terminal, regardless of polarity, until the door lock operates.

      Step 1. Wait until the keypad turns off.

      Step 2. Press * to turn the light on.

      Step 3. Enter the code and press * to unlock the door. Replace all 4 or 8 AA alkaline batteries (1.5V) with new ones. (All the new batteries must be the same brand.)

       

      2) Without Cover

      The 9V emergency battery contact point is located at either the upper or lower part (or bottom) of the keypad in the form of a DC 9V terminal in silver. Make contact between the 9V emergency battery and the terminal, regardless of polarity, until the door lock operates.

      Step 1. Wait until the keypad turns off.

      Step 2. Press * to turn the light on.

      Step 3. Enter the code and press * to unlock the door. Replace all 4 or 8 AA alkaline batteries (1.5V) with new ones. (All the new batteries must be the same brand.) 

    • The digital key may have been reset or deleted. You need to register it again.


      1) How to Register


      The instructions for registering a digital key are indicated on the battery cover. When registering a digital key, make sure that the door is open and verify the key afterward.
      Step 1. Remove the battery cover, and make sure that the keypad cover is lifted.
      Step 2. Press the R/C button on the battery slot. It will beep with the keypad lighting up.
      Step 3. Hold the digital key to the scanner located under the keypad. It will beep when the digital key is recognized.
      Step 4. Register all your digital keys in succession. Press * to complete the process.

      Step 5. Make sure to keep the door open when verifying the digital key. Please keep in mind that if you do not register all the digital keys properly, only the last key will work.


      2) How to Delete

      When deleting the digital key, make sure that the door is open and verify it afterward.
      Step 1. Remove the battery cover, and make sure that the keypad cover is lifted.
      Step 2. Press the R/C button on the battery slot. It will beep with the keypad lighting up.  

      Step 3. Hold down # for 3 seconds to reset all the registered digital keys. For Combo, Triple and Force models, enter RC, 0, # instead.

    • If you enter wrong code 5 times, the lock is deactivated for 2 minutes for security reasons. You can try again after 2 minutes.

    • When the door is unlocked using the code, it is locked automatically after 7 seconds for security reasons. The auto locking function is activated.

    • Someone might have changed the code. Please reset the code.

      Step 1. Remove the battery cover, and make sure that the keypad cover is lifted.

      Step 2. Press the 10KEY button on the battery slot. It will beep with the keypad lighting up.
      Step 3. Enter a new code and press *. It will beep and the keypad will be turned off. If the keypad does not turn off, press * again. 

      Step 4. Make sure to keep the door open when verifying the code. 

    • The code may been deactivated. Make sure to enable to the use of individual code. You may need to contact the person who has the master key.

    • The code is set to 1234 by default. Make sure to change the code before use.
