      However, we are not responsible for any damages during the installation. Repair service may be required unless the installation is done by an authorized service engineer.

       

       

    • The instructions for each model are available to view on our website. However, we are not responsible for any damage you may cause when installing the product, and such damage is not subject to our warranty. We recommend that you hire an authorized service engineer for installation.

    • Our door locks can be installed on most types of left and right-handed doors, except for certain glass and chassis doors (glass locks need to be used for glass doors).

      They cannot be fitted to certain types of wooden and aluminum doors, and the thickness of door must be between 00mm and 00mm. Please contact your local dealer for more information. 

    • The installation cost depends on the location and other factors. Please contact your local dealer for more information.
